1. Service Overview
Swarv.co is an online referral platform that connects users with independent trade professionals (“Trades”). Swarv.co does not provide trade services and does not employ or engage Trades.

By submitting a request through our website, you agree that Swarv.co may generate and provide up to three (3) referrals based on the information you provide.

2. No Endorsement or Warranty
Swarv.co does not endorse, recommend, guarantee, or warrant any Trade referred through the platform. We make no representations regarding the quality, suitability, safety, licensing, insurance, or qualifications of any Trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all referrals are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied.

3. Independent Parties
All Trades operate as independent third parties. Any agreement, communication, or transaction entered into is solely between you and the Trade.

Swarv.co is not a party to any contract or arrangement between users and Trades.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Australian Consumer Law, Swarv.co excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with:

• the use of this platform
• any referral provided
• any interaction, agreement, or work performed by a Trade

Where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, it is limited (at Swarv.co’s option) to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.

5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any Trade, including verifying:

• licences and qualifications
• insurance coverage
• references and past work

 

6. Privacy & Data Use
By submitting your information, you consent to Swarv.co collecting, using, and sharing your details for the purpose of providing referrals.

This may include:

• your name and contact details
• job/project information
• location details

Your information is taken for trade directory.

Swarv.co will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted online.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
